Yesterday I witnessed the most beautiful thing. A little boy, probably age 8 years old walked over to one of the deacons that stands up front to pray with individuals and began to speak. He said "Will you please pray for Granddaddy? His birthday is this week and I want him to have a really special Birthday. Will you also please ask God for him to keep Granddaddy here on earth, just a little longer?" I began to pray myself for this little boy and I asked God to keep his heart focused on Him. I prayed that God would bless this little guy and his granddaddy and that he would follow in God the rest of His days.
"He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." - Matthew 18:2-4
